How are Bhuja snacks a better snack alternative?

Bhuja is made from a wholesome combination of natural ingredients including yellow split peas, chickpeas, peanuts, sultanas, turmeric, fennel and cumin that are strong in nutritional value and antioxidants, and keep you sustained throughout your day. We favor certified non-GMO ingredients that are also certified gluten-free and suitable for vegans. Bhuja is also a low GI product. GI (Glycemic Index) is a measure of the effect of carbohydrate-containing foods on blood glucose levels. Low GI foods are digested and absorbed slowly in the body, meaning they produce gradual rises in blood sugar levels. High GI foods are rapidly digested and absorbed, resulting in large fluctuations in blood sugar levels. Low GI foods keep you fuller for longer, and are associated with positive health outcomes such as weight control, diabetes control and maintaining heart health.

Do Bhuja snacks contain MSG?

MSG is a very common ingredient used in flavouring or seasoning in snack foods, however, we do not add any MSG in the seasoning of our products.
