Ingredients:
- Cooking oil for pan
- 1/3 packet Meatballs (plant based)
- 1 cup Brown Basmati Rice
- 1 cup frozen veggies
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce to taste
- Bhuja Nut Mix
Method:
Heat oil in pan, add meatballs and frozen veggies and cook until browned. While veggies and meatballs are cooking, boil water and cook rice. Break up meatballs with wooden spoon or fingers into mince-like pieces. Drain and add rice to meatball and veggies. Season with soy sauce and salt and pepper. Garnish with Bhuja Nut Mix to add crunchy texture and exotic spice flavour.
