Rainbow Stir-fried Noodles

Ingredients:

  • Cooking oil for pan
  • 1 serve rice noodles, cook according to package instructions
  • 1 cup veggies (e.g. broccoli & carrots), cut into bite size
  • 1 cup protein of choice (e.g. tofu, chicken, beef etc.)
  • Bhuja Ancient Grain Twists

Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • pinch of white pepper
  • 1 tsp cooking wine

Method:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook protein of choice with salt and pepper to taste, until lightly brown. Set aside. Heat another tbsp of oil and add veggies of choice, cook until slightly softened. Add in cooked noodles followed by cooked protein and sauce, stir fry until sauce is thickened up. Garnish with some crackers and serve with hot sauce if you like it spicy!
